In our Signature Postnatal classes we teach you how to restore your core and pelvic floor and focus on rebuilding strength and confidence after pregnancy. Expect a blend of Pilates, functional strength training and mobility exercises with a focus on breath and core activation to centre you in the present. Each workout will safely challenge you, and will increase your body awareness and fitness level for a faster postpartum recovery.

For pre-conception or after postpartum rehab (If you are new with us and (recently) recovered from birth we advice you to first join SIGNATURE POSTNATAL for a couple of sessions to get familiar with our method).
The Signature Beyond is a more intense class for women during all other life stages—before pregnancy, and after the postpartum period. We build on Pilates and Pelvic Health principles and work with the techniques explored in our pre- and postnatal classes. This workout will increase your fitness level and make you sweat. We want to help you build a strong body and mind to better adapt to the physical and emotional challenges of parenthood and life in general.

Are you looking for guidance based on your personal needs? These 1-1 sessions are designed to give you body specific tools and exercises to better support your movement practice. Especially helpful when dealing with discomfort or injury, needing personal cues, wanting to reintegrate to regular classes (post birth) or work towards a personal goal. These classes are 55 minutes long and can be teached both in Dutch and English. For more information, availability and bookings, please send us a message.
As much as we love to guide you on the mat we also know that rest is essential for the body to heal and replenish. Please always listen to your body and feel into what is best for your body right now. As a guiding principle: Exercise postnatural birth may usually resume between 6-8 weeks. Post C-section is between 8-10 weeks. Note that we have private sessions available for you should you wish to receive dedicated body specific guidance.
